Troy Steele

Troy Steele has a long and successful career in the people business. Starting in 2001 as a Senior Sales Executive at Marcus Evans, they then moved to LFG in 2003 as Chief Market Strategist. In 2006, they became Division Director at Robert Half Technology and then Branch Manager at Addison Search in 2008. In 2010, they were the first employee for Beacon Hill Staffing Group in Texas and grew the region to 5 offices. In 2018, they became Director of Staffing Services at GDT - General Datatech, surpassing 23M in revenue and achieving 100% growth on YoY GP during a pandemic. In 2020, they founded and became Principal of Steele Services Group and in 2021, they took on the role of VP of Sales at Consulting Solutions, working with some of the best and brightest clients in the world.

Troy Steele graduated from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale in 1999 with a Bachelor of Mass Communication and Media Arts, specializing in Radio and Television Broadcasting Technology/Technician.
