Dan Nerroth

Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Officer at Consumers Credit Union

Dan Nerroth has extensive work experience in the field of Information Technology and project management. Dan started their career as an IS Support Associate at Caremark in 1999. Dan then worked at Stericycle from 2000 to 2007, where they held various roles, including Technical Support Associate, Supervisor of Technical Architecture, Manager of Technical Operations and User Support, and Manager of IS Project Management.

In 2007, they joined SRCL Ltd as a Manager of International IT Projects, where they were responsible for the execution of IS integration activities related to international acquisitions. Dan returned to Stericycle in 2009 and served as the Director of Hazardous Waste Information Systems, Vice President of Information Systems, Chief Information Officer, and finally as the SVP of Strategic Projects. In these roles, they oversaw the design and development of software platforms, managed IT teams, and provided executive oversight of global IT functions.

In 2018, they joined Consumers Credit Union as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Officer. Throughout their career, Dan has demonstrated their expertise in driving organic growth, enhancing digital marketing capabilities, improving customer retention, and developing analytics and predictive models to support transformation efforts. Dan has experience managing large teams, budgets, and external consultants.

Dan Nerroth attended Carmel High School from 1990 to 1994. After their high school education, they attended College of Lake County from 1994 to 1996, but did not earn a degree. Dan then continued their education at the University of Illinois Chicago from 1996 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information and Decision Sciences.
