Rajit Kaushik has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in companies like YCP Consus, Oracle, Gartner, SAP, Samsung India Electronics, Oracle India Pvt Ltd, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Oracle, and Motorola India Pvt Ltd. Rajit'srecent role was as Director - Sales at YCP Consus, specializing in procurement and supply chain consulting services. Prior to that, they held sales and account management positions at leading technology companies such as Oracle, Gartner, SAP, and Samsung.

Rajit Kaushik completed their Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science & Engineering from Dr. B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar in 2004. Rajit then pursued a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing at S P Jain School of Global Management in 2010. Prior to this, they completed their primary and secondary education at various schools, including Holy Cross School Gangtok, St. Thomas' Boys School Calcutta, and The Army Public School Dhaula Kuan New Delhi.
