Rafael Lima

Rafael Lima is the current Software Engineering Director at Conta Azul. Rafael has over 12 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on software development and management. Rafael started their career at TOTVS in 2008 as a Coordenador de Fábrica de Software, where they were responsible for leading a team of developers in the Protheus and Datasul products. In 2013, Rafael moved to Linx S.A., where they became the Gerente P&D. In this role, Rafael was responsible for managing the Linx ERP, Linx POS, Linx POWS, Datasync, ETL, Linx Mobile, LinxUX, and Omni POS products, as well as defining the product roadmap and monitoring progress for the executive team. Rafael has also been instrumental in implementing Scrum and 4DX for the teams under their management.

Rafael Lima has an MBA in Gestao Estratégica e Econômica de Negócios from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Rafael also has a degree in Analise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo. Rafael has various certifications from G4 Educação, StartSe University, Management 3.0, and Scrum.org.
