Vaishakh Vathsalan

Vaishakh Vathsalan has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Vaishakh started their career in 2011 as a Regional Coordinator for Recruitments at KBCC, where they were responsible for coordinating placement drives and assisting in interviews. Vaishakh then worked as an HR intern at GoodYear India Limited, where they handled employee lifecycle and engagement programs.

In 2012, Vaishakh became a Student Placement Coordinator at FISAT Business School, where they were responsible for the final placement of students and establishing rapport with companies.

Vaishakh then moved to Qatar and worked at Core Solutions as a Business Analysis and Business Development specialist. Vaishakh led a team and worked on the development of the HRmate product, handling requirement gathering, gap analysis, and bringing new business.

In 2016, Vaishakh joined AFI Infotech - QDES Infotech as a Senior Software Consultant, where they managed projects, gathered requirements, handled clients, and performed strategic consulting. Vaishakh then became a Lead in Business Development, where they focused on happy clients, project implementation coordination, and lead generation.

Vaishakh joined Teleperformance Canada in 2019 as an Operations Supervisor, leading a team of 25 members and overseeing their performance. Vaishakh also worked as a Subject Matter Expert in Technology and a Customer Service Associate at the same company.

In 2020, they joined ContactPoint 360 as an Operations Team Lead and later became an Operations Manager. In 2021, they joined TPV360 as a Senior Manager in Software and Solutions Engineering.

Currently, Vaishakh is working at ContactPoint 360 as a Division Director in Software and Solutions Engineering and will be joining H2R.ai as a Division Director. Overall, they have gained extensive experience in project management, business development, team leadership, and operations management throughout their career.

Vaishakh Vathsalan has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science from Cochin University of Science and Technology, which they obtained from 2007 to 2011. Vaishakh then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in HR & Marketing from FISAT Business School from 2012 to 2014. In 2020, Vaishakh completed a degree in Information Systems Business Analysis from George Brown College. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including an Academic Diploma in Business Analysis from IIBA in 2020, as well as certifications in developing applications using Core JAVA, developing J2EE applications using Web & Business Components, and object-oriented programming using C++.
