Julian Douglas

Julian Douglas is a Machine Learning Engineer at NICE since February 2022, specializing in developing transformer-based models for intent classification and automating client-specific processes, achieving significant reductions in costs and enhancing operational efficiency. Previous roles include Associate Implementation Engineer at NICE, Data Analytics Intern at the United Nations, and Assistant Accountant at the University of York. Julian has extensive experience in customer service, automation, and project management, including leading a successful hackathon and creating innovative solutions such as an intelligent Microsoft Teams bot. Educationally, Julian holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Statistics from The University of Edinburgh and a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Bath.
