Kim Brooks

Kim brings over 20 years of human resource and talent acquisition experience to the Contegix team. That experience is routed in both commercial and government contracting technology companies. Kim works closely with managers and employees to ensure compliance, provide HR solutions and create efficient processes. She started her career at an Association where she quickly learned the importance of building relationships, providing excellent customer service, and finding exceptional candidates.

While Kim enjoys all aspects of HR, her true passion lies in talent acquisition. She loves the challenge of finding the best candidate for a role and seeing them grow within the company.

Kim holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from High Point University, has a certification in Strategic Workforce Planning and is a member of SHRM. Outside of the office she loves spending time with family and friends as well as playing pickleball!
