Tanya Sweet

Tanya Sweet began her CSC career as Controller in 2018. Prior to CSC, Tanya was an auditor at a top 10 public accounting firm where she performed GAAP financial statement audits for clients in various industries in the private space ranging in revenues from $14M to $300M, as well as 401(K) audits in the private and public sector. She also held a position as an internal auditor for a large public company.

While in public accounting, Tanya was responsible for all facets of an audit from client acceptance through financial statement issuance, as well as continuing client communications during the year. She coordinated work to be performed with staff through partner-level team members and managed and reviewed all staff level work

During Tanya’s time in internal audit, she performed financial and operational audits. Her first audit lead to a contract renegotiation with a vendor that lead to savings of $300K+ in year one and potential millions by year three, in addition to a complete revamp of how legal handled contractually required insurance of vendors.

Tanya holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from California State University, Northridge, has been a licensed CPA in the state of California, since 2015, and is a member of the AICPA.
