Enterprise Customer Success Manager at ContentSquare

Caroline Black's work experience begins in 2011 as a Sales Intern and later a Sales Associate at Lilly Pulitzer. Caroline then worked at JCPenney as an Emerging Leader Trainee and Sales Leader. In 2015, Caroline became a Golf Operations Manager at the Philadelphia Cricket Club, responsible for managing a golf shop and making buying decisions. Caroline then joined Anthropologie as a Buying Operations Coordinator in 2016. From 2017 to 2018, Caroline worked as an Assistant Buyer at Five Below, where they managed high volume classes and presented key information to upper management. In 2018, they joined Planalytics as a Client Support Manager, applying Business Weather Intelligence to help clients understand the impact of weather on their business. Caroline's most recent position is as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Contentsquare, starting in 2022.

Caroline Black completed their education at the University of South Carolina from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor's degree. Prior to that, they attended Radnor High School from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Caroline has obtained several certifications from Contentsquare. Caroline became Contentsquare Certified in September 2021 and achieved Contentsquare Insights Certified and Contentsquare Merchandising Certified in October 2022.
