Clémence Varszegi

Head of Customer Experience, EMEA West Fr Suisse at ContentSquare

Clémence Varszegi has diverse professional experience, starting with their current role as the Head of Customer Experience EMEA West at Contentsquare, which they joined in November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at AmazingContent for three years, from August 2019 to October 2022. At AmazingContent, they served as an Account Manager and later as an Experte Leader Advocacy / Social Media Enabler for C-level & MD. During their time there, they were responsible for developing and improving customer journeys, designing programs for product adoption and engagement, and coaching top executives on their social media presence. Clémence also recruited and trained new CSR members. Before this, Clémence worked as a self-employed Digital Communication & Marketing professional from November 2017 to March 2020, and they served as a Communication Consultant at Impact AI from April 2019 to August 2019. Clémence also gained experience in copywriting and account management as a Junior at Havas Group and worked as a Social Media Manager at MisterMenuiserie. Clémence started their career as a Junior Production Manager at Jmd Production Ltd and later worked as an Assistant TV production at France 2.

Clémence Varszegi obtained a Bachelor's degree in Intercultural Studies from Université Paris Cité in 2012. Clémence then pursued a Master's degree in Marketing & Communication Stratégique from EFAP - École des nouveaux métiers de la communication, which they completed in 2017. Alongside their academic achievements, Clémence also earned several certifications, including a Business Developer certification from MyBizDev in 2019, Google Analytics certification in 2017, and a PSC1 certification from Croix-Rouge française in 2014. In 2012, they obtained their BAFA certification from UFCV. Additionally, they recently obtained the Contentsquare Certified - Expert certification in October 2022.
