Pablo Serrano-Piedecasas

Pablo Serrano-Piedecasas is a process engineer at CONTENUR, where responsibilities include implementing lean manufacturing routines and applying SMED methodology to enhance productivity and reduce setup times. Prior experience includes roles as production manager and project manager, overseeing factory staff organization and managing construction and equipment procurement for a new factory in Liverpool.
