Kristin Wheeley

Kristin Wheeley has over 12 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Kristin began their career in 2010 as the Director of Medical Records, Member/Client Support at Matrix Medical Network. In this role, they provided dynamic leadership through strategic planning, team development, and day-to-day operations for three nationwide teams. Kristin also continuously analyzed trends in multiple member satisfaction key performance indicators and made operational improvements as necessary. In 2019, they were awarded the CEO Leadership Award.

In 2021, Kristin moved to DispatchHealth where they served as a System Administrator. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Contessa Health as a Systems Analyst.

Kristin Wheeley obtained their Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree from Valencia College in 2015. In March 2020, they also received a certification in Leading at a Distance from LinkedIn.
