Leon C. has a long history of work experience. In 2006, they started as a Field Organizer for the Barack Obama Campaign For Change. Leon then moved to ExaGrid Systems in 2013 as a Salesperson. In 2015, they worked as a Senior Account Executive for Kaseya and Account Executive for Large Enterprise East South for Ping Identity. In 2018, they worked at Smartsheet as a collaborator. In 2019, they took on several roles, such as Vice Chairman Of The Board for the Town of Fairhaven, Founder and Chairman of Belonging Committee (Diversity Equity and Inclusion) for the Town of Fairhaven, and Sustainability Committee - Vice Chair for the Town of Fairhaven. In 2021, they worked as an Enterprise Account Executive for Google. Currently, they are working at Context Labs BV as a Strategic Salesperson and at Millicent Library as a Member Board Of Trustees.

Leon C. attended Classical High School before obtaining a BA in Mathematics and Computer Science from Boston College in 1999. Leon then pursued an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Wake Forest University School of Business, which they completed in 2010.
