Guanchen Zhu

Guanchen Zhu is a seasoned professional in the automotive and engineering sectors, currently serving as the Department Manager and Business Segment Lead at Continental Engineering Services since August 2021, where leadership encompasses business development, customer project management, and system development in the Chassis and Brakes segment. Prior to this role, Guanchen held the position of Group Leader at Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam, managing a team focused on Occupant Safety Systems. Guanchen's experience also includes technical project management for the Geely/Volvo joint platform at Bosch China and roles as an Application Engineer and Research Assistant at leading automotive firms, showcasing a strong foundation in engineering and project management. Guanchen holds a Master's degree in Energy Science and Technology from Ulm University and a Bachelor's degree in Power Engineering from Southeast University.
