Chris Bender

Chris Bender has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Chris started their career in 1994 as a member of the U.S. Navy stationed in Sasebo, Japan. In 1998, they worked as a Parts Assembler at Copar. In the same year, they joined Continental Mills as a Logistics Team Lead and later became an A.M. Team Leader & C.I.L Coordinator. From 2005 to 2014, they served as a Department Trainer and A.M. Coach & C.I.L. Systems Owner. Chris then transitioned to the role of Training Manager until 2017 when they became the Plant Systems & Inventory Control Specialist at Continental Mills. Most recently, they have been working as the Logistics Area Manager at the company since November 2021.
