Zac Harrel

Zac Harrel currently serves as the Programs Manager VI (Environmental Manager) at the Oklahoma Corporation Commission, overseeing UIC, Pollution Abatement, and Brownfields initiatives since April 2024. Previously, Zac held various roles at Continental Resources from January 2006 to March 2024, including Special Projects Manager focusing on operations, Southern Region Production Manager, and Mid-Continent Senior Completions Engineer, where Zac completed over 120 wells and managed production optimization efforts. Zac's earlier experience also includes work as a Project Engineering Intern at Valero Energy Corporation, contributing to refinery operations. Zac holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University.
