Jenny Vallance

Jenny Vallance is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as People Operations Manager and HR Business Partner at Exolum since July 2017, Jenny has previously worked as an HR Consultant at Outset UK Ltd from June 2014 to May 2022, and as HR Business Partner at Mytime Active from December 2011 to May 2014. Jenny's expertise includes strategic and operational HR functions, partnering with senior management to enhance performance in the health sector.
