Stephanie Fitzgerald

Stephanie Fitzgerald has extensive work experience in the field of people and culture management. Stephanie is currently employed at ContinuumCloud as the Manager of People & Culture, where they focus on building and developing a high-performing team. Their responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training.

Before their current role, Stephanie worked as a Senior Specialist in the People & Culture department at ContinuumCloud. Prior to that, they held the position of Marketing Operations Manager at DATIS, which became part of ContinuumCloud. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating and executing marketing events and activities to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.

Stephanie's career began as a Marketing Coordinator at DATIS, where they collaborated with the marketing team to plan and execute trade shows and events. Stephanie also worked on producing promotional materials and monitoring budgets.

Prior to joining ContinuumCloud and DATIS, Stephanie worked as a Marketing Manager at Jersey Mike's Subs from 2014 to 2016.

Stephanie Fitzgerald earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Tampa, where they attended from 2012 to 2016. In May 2021, they obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education.
