Romina Ventrici Morabito

Romina Ventrici Morabito has extensive experience in the field of learning and development. Romina'smost recent position was as the Head of Learning and Development at Continuum HQ since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Culture, Learning & Development Global Manager at Fetcher from July 2022 to June 2023. Romina also held several roles at Prisma Medios de Pago, including Talent Development & Learning Manager from June 2021 to July 2022, Learning & Development Lead from November 2019 to June 2021, and Talent Development Specialist from May 2019 to November 2019. Additionally, they worked as a Learning, Development & TA Sr. Analyst at L'Oréal from June 2018 to February 2019. Romina has also gained relevant experience at The Walt Disney Company in various learning and development roles from January 2014 to July 2018, including a short assignment in the Mexico office. Romina began their career as an HRBP Manufacturing & PD at Ford Motor Company from April 2013 to February 2014, followed by an HR internship at REHAU from May 2012 to November 2012, and an HR internship at NSG Pilkington from January 2011 to May 2012. Romina Ventrici Morabito completed their education in three different institutions. In 2005, they attended Instituto San Joaquín School, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Bilingual Economics and Management, specializing in Economics and Organizational Management. From 2008 to 2012, they pursued a degree in Human Resources at UADE. Most recently, in 2021, they studied Ontological Coaching and Leadership at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.
