Ehtisham S. has extensive experience in customer success, account management, and project management roles. Ehtisham is currently serving as the Vice President of Global Customer Success at ContractPodAi® since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Synthesio where they held various positions including Vice President of Global Client Success & Account Management, VP of Account Management for the US & APAC regions, Director of Client Success for APAC, Strategic Account Manager, Senior Client Success Manager, and Client Success Manager. Before Synthesio, Ehtisham worked at Testronic Labs as a Project/Account Manager from 2011 to 2014. Ehtisham also gained experience as a Project Manager at Teens and Toddlers from 2007 to 2010 and as a Sales and Information Supervisor at The Royal Collection (Buckingham Palace) from 2006 to 2007.

Ehtisham S. completed a BSc in Computer Science from Preston University from 1999 to 2002. Ehtisham then pursued an MSc in Information Technology from Preston University from 2003 to 2004. Later, they enrolled in London Metropolitan University and earned an MBA in Finance and Human Resource from 2005 to 2007.
