He has more than 32 years of experience providing Legal Advice and managing State entities, with special emphasis on those that execute and supervise infrastructure for public use. Professional experience: Vice Comptroller of Strategic Management and Public Integrity of the CGR, Rector of the National School of Control of the CGR, Secretary General of the CGR, Titular Member of the TSRA of the CGR, Alternate Member of the TSRA of the CGR, Member of the Court of Dispute Resolution of OSIPTEL, General Director of Legal Advice of the Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation, Advisor of the Office of the Vice Minister of Agriculture, Professor of the National School of Control and the University of Lima, among others.
