Currently serving as Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Control Risks since February 2023, Joanne previously held significant roles at Capco from October 2011 to February 2023, including Head of Global Programs - Talent Acquisition, where a new team was established to enhance global consistency in recruitment practices. Earlier positions included Head of Recruitment for both UK and Global Projects, and Head of UK Recruitment at Capco, reflecting a strong background in the financial services sector. Joanne’s career also includes recruitment roles at renowned organizations such as KPMG, American Express, Alexander Mann Solutions, and Hays Specialist Recruitment, showcasing a robust track record in managing full recruitment life cycles and developing innovative talent acquisition strategies. Joanne earned a degree from The Manchester Metropolitan University between 1999 and 2003.
