Prabhath Rathnayake

Prabhath Rathnayake is an experienced professional in social compliance and certifications, currently serving as the APAC Lead for Social Compliance Programs at Control Union since December 2008. In this role, Prabhath introduced the Center of Excellence for Social Compliance Programs, focusing on regional strategies and program management across Asia. Prabhath's educational background includes degrees in Chemical Engineering Technology and multiple master's programs from the University of Colombo, with a focus on Human Rights and Manufacturing Management.
