Christina Lema

Christina Lema joined Vista Equity Partners in February 2012 and is Vista’s General Counsel.

Prior to joining Vista, Ms. Lema worked for a number of years at Kirkland & Ellis in its San Francisco office. While at Kirkland, Ms. Lema focused on leveraged acquisitions and divestitures, mergers and acquisitions, equity financings, and minority investments. Ms. Lema is a member of the State Bar of California and was recognized on The Legal 500’s GC Powerlist: United States in 2019.
