Liz Russell

Liz Russell has extensive experience in human resources, working in various roles for different companies. Currently, Liz works as a Senior Human Resources Manager at ConvaTec, where Liz partners with senior leaders to develop and deliver HR programs globally. Prior to this, Liz served as a Sr. Human Capital Consultant at Fannie Mae and an Employee Relations Manager at The Body Shop. Liz also worked at American Red Cross as an HR Business Partner and Staffing and Resource Management Lead for Biomedical Services. Throughout their career, Liz has been involved in employee relations, talent development, organizational design, and change management.
