Sameer Tendulkar has a diverse background in supply chain management and project management. Sameer most recently worked at ConvaTec as Vice President of Supply Chain for global emerging markets, Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa, and LATAM. Prior to that, they were the Supply Chain Director at ConvaTec. Before joining ConvaTec, Sameer held positions as the Vice President of Supply Planning at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, Director of Global Supply Chain Operations at General Mills, Director at Dell, and Director of Projects at Johnson and Johnson. Sameer also had earlier experience as a Project Manager at Reliance Group of Companies - MoTech Software and as a Senior Buyer at Mahindra & Mahindra. Sameer has managed large teams and has experience in strategic planning, stakeholder management, demand and supply planning, analytics, project management, and change management.
Sameer Tendulkar's education history includes a management development program in Transportation and Logistics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2015. Sameer also completed a certification course in Finance from the Indian School of Business in 2014. In 2009, they obtained a degree in Project Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. Prior to that, they completed a degree in Database Management from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur from 1999 to 2009. In 2004, they obtained a degree in E Business-Technology from the CSM institute of graduate studies. In 1998, they completed a PG degree in Materials Management from the Indian Institute of Mat Mgt-Bangalore. Sameer obtained a BE degree in Production Engineering from both MHSS college of engineering and Mumbai University in 1995. Lastly, they completed their secondary education with an SSC degree in Science from Nandadeep Vidyalaya between 1976 and 1989. In addition to their formal education, Sameer Tendulkar also holds a certification in Supply Chain executive Education from MIT Sloan School of Management.
