Vanessa Salcedo Weeber

Vanessa Salcedo Weeber has extensive experience in the field of HR and learning operations. Vanessa most recently worked at Convatec as the HR Talent & Learning Global Delivery Lead, managing a team that provided support for HR administrative services and talent management processes. Prior to that, they were a Senior Learning Operations Specialist at Johnson & Johnson, where they led the global execution of training logistics and oversaw the operations of two Learning Operations Specialist squads. Vanessa also worked at Avianca as a Language Training Analyst, implementing and monitoring corporate training projects to improve English proficiency for customer-facing staff. Earlier in their career, they held various roles at American School Way, including Institutional Education Project Coordinator, Teacher Trainer, Academic Coordinator, and English Teacher.

Vanessa Salcedo Weeber holds a Master's degree in Education from Tecnológico de Monterrey, which they obtained from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Modern Languages (English and French) from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, completing their studies from 2010 to 2016.
