Michelle Hannan is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a robust background in global recruitment strategies across various industries. Currently serving as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition CoC at B. Braun Medical Inc., Michelle has previously held key positions including Director and Associate Director of Talent Acquisition within the same organization. Prior to B. Braun, Michelle worked at Honeywell as a Talent Acquisition Manager for Global Operations and as a Global Staffing Manager for Honeywell Building Technologies. Additional experience includes serving as Manager of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources at ConvaTec and as a Human Resources Partner specializing in Talent Acquisition at Ferring Pharmaceuticals. Michelle began their career as a Recruitment Sourcing Manager at Johnson and Johnson. Michelle holds a BS degree in Biobehavioral Health from Penn State University and has further education from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
