Sue Partridge

Sue Partridge has a diverse work experience spanning over several positions and industries. Sue began their career at Plymouth Savings Bank as an HR Specialist, where they worked from 1992 to 2000. Following this, they joined Carlo Gavazzi Computing Solutions as an HR Rep in 2000. Sue then moved on to Children's Hospital Boston, where they served as an Employee Relations Specialist from 2001 to 2004. Sue later joined Riverside Community Care as an Employee Relations Manager in 2004, and then transitioned to Convention Data Services in 2005, initially as an HR Director until 2013. From 2013 to 2015, Sue worked as an HR Director for Nantucket Cottage Hospital. In 2015, they were promoted to Vice President of Human Resources at Convention Data Services, where they currently hold the position. Additionally, Sue also held a position as Vice President and Program Chair at Cape Cod Human Resources Association from 2016 to 2018.

Sue Partridge obtained their BA in Communication from Bridgewater State University between 1988 and 1991. Sue also holds additional certifications including the SHRM-SCP from SHRM and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI, obtained in 2015 and 2002 respectively.
