Christina Frost

Christina Frost has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Christina began their career in the US Army as a Sergeant and Public Affairs Specialist, where they managed communications, wrote and edited articles for a newspaper, and mentored junior soldiers. Christina then worked as a Program Coordinator at NetCentrics, overseeing IT governance and quality assurance. Christina also served as a Senior Communications Specialist at The Federal Services Division of Ho-Chunk Inc., where they managed internal newsletters and developed strategic communications plans. At Benefitfocus, they were a Senior Consultant, leading client implementations onto a SaaS platform and configuring software applications based on client-specific requirements. Christina later joined Ceridian as an Implementation Consultant and Senior Consultant, specializing in benefits and HR file exports and providing consultation for new employer groups. Currently, Christina is a Lead HR Technology Manager at Convera, responsible for implementing HR technology solutions and developing process improvements.

Christina Frost obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Development from the University of the Incarnate Word in 2009. Christina then pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration from the same university, completing it in 2010.
