Daniel Brown is strategist, coach, advisor, facilitator and DEI practitioner with over 10 years of experience helping teams and organizations harness their full potential. Daniel began his career in the social impact space, where he leveraged instructional design and social justice insights to help schools, and youth-serving organizations create more equitable and empowering learning environments. After earning an MBA at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, Daniel joined Deloitte’s Consulting practice, where he helped industry-leading companies across multiple sectors solve their most pressing and complex people challenges. As part of the Converge team, Daniel leverages his breadth of experience, bringing a thoughtful, practical and enthusiastic approach to every client challenge.
