Nathaniel Duperon

Nathaniel Duperon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Nathaniel started their career at TruGreen, where they worked as a Lawn Specialist and later as an Outside Sales Representative. Nathaniel then worked at MILAN METAL SYSTEMS LLC as a Welder/Operator/Assembler, where they demonstrated critical thinking skills and maintained high production and quality standards. Nathaniel also worked as an Assembler at Impact Management Services before being hired full-time at Milan Metal Systems.

Following this, Nathaniel worked as an Assembler at Employment Plus and then as a Teller II and Relationship Banker at TCF Bank, where they conducted transactions, provided customer service, and ensured adherence to regulations and security procedures. Nathaniel also acquired experience in the field of IT operations, working as a Technical Support Engineer at Electronic Brain Solutions and later as an IT Operations Analyst and Senior IT Operations Analyst at CBI, A Converge Company.

Currently, Nathaniel is working as a Security Liasion at Converge Technology Solutions Corp. Overall, they have acquired a range of skills and experiences in customer service, sales, technical support, operations, and security.

Nathaniel Duperon completed their education in the field of Information Technology and Security/Cyber Security. Nathaniel attended Baker College from 2014 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and Security/Cyber Security and a minor in Information Assurance. Nathaniel also obtained an Associate of Science degree in Information Technology from Baker College from 2014 to 2017, with a focus on Microsoft Administration.

In addition to their degrees, Nathaniel has earned multiple certifications in the field of IT. In October 2016, they obtained the CompTIA A+ ce certification. In August 2018, they obtained the CompTIA Network+ ce certification and the CompTIA IT Operations Specialist – CIOS Stackable Certification. In April 2021, they achieved the CompTIA Secure Infrastructure Specialist – CSIS Stackable Certification and the CompTIA Security+ ce Certification. Nathaniel'smost recent certification is the Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, which they obtained in April 2022.
