Steven Seguin has a diverse range of work experience. Steven started as the owner of Steve's Computer Repair in 2012 and later worked as an Apple Genius at iStore in 2013. Steven then worked as a Computer Hardware Technician at Over the Top Computing in 2014 before becoming a Service Desk Team Lead at Convergence Networks in 2015. Throughout their roles, Steven effectively communicated with clients, provided technical support, and performed various hardware troubleshooting tasks.

Steven Seguin attended Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained a degree in Computer Systems Technician with a focus in Information Technology. Steven also earned a certification as a Microsoft Certified Professional from Microsoft in 2016.
