Nita Hunter has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Lenietta (Nita) began their career in 1999 as a Lead Benefit Account Coordinator at TriNet and later worked as a Sr. Human Resources Analyst at DHL. In 2004, they joined CoPower as a Benefits Administrator before moving on to become a Human Resources Manager at RJS & Associates. Lenietta (Nita) continued their HR management roles at ConXtech and Alameda County Office of Education. From 2012 to 2014, Nita worked at LiveOps as a Human Resources Specialist, and since 2014, they have been with Conviva, where they started as a People & Culture Generalist and is currently serving as the Director of People & Culture. Throughout their career, Nita has gained expertise in areas such as talent acquisition, employee development, compliance, performance management, and building inclusive organizational cultures.

Nita Hunter has a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Science in Business degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix. Lenietta (Nita) also holds a certification as a Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute in partnership with the Society for Human Resource Management.
