Shaun Etherington has over 30 years of experience in the technology industry, holding various roles in customer support, technical support, and management. Shaun started their career at FKI Data Recording UK, where they worked as a Customer Support Manager, performing systems tests, installations, and support. Shaun then joined Bull Information Systems Ltd UK, where they worked as a Product Marketing Manager, gaining experience in computer peripherals and product management. After that, Shaun joined Aspect Software as a Senior Manager in Delivery Services, managing custom reporting and application development projects. Shaun also worked at SS8 Networks as a Senior Manager in Technical Support, managing a team and providing support for Voice Messaging, Signaling, and Lawful Intercept products. Shaun later became a Solutions/Sales Engineer at Convergys, supporting sales and new opportunities in the Contact Center industry. Shaun Etherington completed a program in Business Skills for Service/Support and Project Management at Foothill College in 2008-2009. In 2003, they obtained a Certificate in Technical Support Management from San Jose State University. Shaun also earned a City & Guilds Electronics / B/Tech Electronics degree from Farnborough College of Technology during the period of 1982-1986.
