Rhailyn Jane Cona

Rhailyn Jane Cona has a diverse work experience starting from 2014. In 2014, they worked as an Engineering Trainee at DZXL RMN Broadcasting for three months. Later that year, they also worked as an Engineering Trainee at ELITE GLOBAL SOURCING LLC for three months. In 2016, they were an Engineering Trainee at Emerson Process Management for four months.

Starting from 2017, Rhailyn worked at Emerson Automation Solutions for three years. Rhailyn Jane served as a Technical Support Engineer from November 2017 to July 2019 and then as a Technical Support Engineer 2 from July 2019 to February 2020.

In 2020, Rhailyn joined Ascent Solutions Pte Ltd as a Level 2 Technical Support Engineer and NOC Engineer. Rhailyn Jane provided technical support, documented issues, troubleshooted using iSPOT FMS System and Flespi, and ensured customer satisfaction until July 2021.

Currently, Rhailyn is working at Convoso as a Software QA Engineer since April 2023. Rhailyn Jane previously held positions there as a Technical Support Analyst from July 2021 to May 2022 and as a Technical Support Specialist from May 2022 to May 2023. In these roles, they delivered service and support to end-users, offered alternative solutions, and educated/train users on software and VoIP phone set-up.

Rhailyn Jane Cona attended Rizal Technological University from 2012 to 2017, pursuing a degree in Electronics Engineering with a focus on Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Rhailyn Jane obtained additional certifications such as Electronics Engineer from the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission in November 2017, Amateur Radio from the National Telecommunications Communication in May 2015, and Computer Service Technician (CST) and Consumer Electronics Service Technician (CEST) from TESDA: Technical Education and Skills Development Authority in May 2015. It is unclear when they obtained the Electronics Technician certification.
