Ilias Demnati

Ilias Demnati serves as the Teamlead Business Development for Data & Analytics at Cooder since July 2020, overseeing a team of three sales professionals and ensuring the achievement of sales and recruitment targets while focusing on personnel training and business strategy enhancement. Between roles at Cooder, Ilias has transitioned from Senior Business Consultant to Business Consultant, handling responsibilities in the Finance market and currently in IT-Infrastructure within the Netherlands. Additionally, Ilias holds a Teamlead position at The Next Label, which oversees multiple brands under one organization. Prior experience includes roles in hospitality and operations management, beginning at The College Hotel and advancing through various positions, including a marketing internship and bar attendant duties. Ilias holds a Bachelor's degree in International Hospitality Management from Stenden, complemented by educational experiences at ROC Amsterdam and Keizer Karel College.
