Amy Marconi serves as the Manager of Talent & Employee Experience at Cook Solutions Group, where responsibilities include strategic talent acquisition, training and development, performance reviews, and enhancing employee communications while promoting a positive workplace culture. Previously, Amy worked as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Cook Solutions Group, managing the recruiting and onboarding process and developing a progressive recruiting brand. Prior to this, Amy was a Contract Recruiting Partner at U.S. Bank, focusing on candidate experience for banking positions, and spent over two decades at Northwest Staffing Resources, managing branch operations across four locations and overseeing significant revenue generation through strategic initiatives. Early career experiences include event planning for Shilo Inns and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Amy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Speech Communication from Oregon State University and is a graduate of St. Mary's Academy.
