Isra Gadri is the Founder of Isra Fawzi Gadri Corporation - Joan's and also works as a Chef De Partie at Cool Inc. Before that, Isra worked as a Chef at Shangri-La Jeddah and as a Recipe Developer at Feed Fuel Perform. Isra also has experience in logistics and improvement roles at Dow, along with founding Team Up to Clean Up to create awareness on waste and recycling in Saudi Arabia. Isra has a background in culinary arts from Le Cordon Bleu London and holds multiple degrees including an MBA in Operations and Supply Chain Management.
