Corporate Associate Attorney

Coolidge Wall Co., LPA, a full-service Dayton firm since 1853, seeks applicants with 3-5 years of legal experience for an associate position in our corporate law department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate high academic achievement, excellent writing and speaking skills, and a strong work ethic. The candidate should demonstrate appropriate substantive knowledge of and interest in general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate transactions.
