Trish Payne

Trish Payne has over two decades of experience in the energy sector, currently serving in various roles in procurement and project administration at CEC Energy since April 2011. Prior to this, Trish worked at Valero Refining from October 1992 to April 2002 as an operator specializing in dock, truck rack, and terminal operations. Trish's educational background includes studies at American Commercial College-Abilene from 1983 to 1984.
