Scarlett Wilson is the current Associate Director of Recruiting for COOP in California. Scarlett has worked in recruiting for over two years, with a focus on technical recruiting. Prior to their current position, they were a Technical Recruiter for LinkedIn and Doctor On Demand.

Wilson is experienced in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for full-time, contract, and fully-remote positions. Scarlett has a strong track record of successfully recruiting candidates for underrepresented groups in the tech industry. During their time at LinkedIn, they recruited for software engineers across various departments and levels. As a result of their efforts, they had 3+ candidates approved for hire.

Due to the decrease in demand for hires during the COVID-19 pandemic crisis, Wilson was selected to join a team recruiting medical personnel for clients impacted by the pandemic as part of LinkedIn Recruiting for Good. Scarlett shifted their focus to building and implementing sourcing strategies for various medical personnel such as Registered Nurses, Psychiatrists, Physicians, and Nursing Practitioners to meet clients' hiring demands.

Scarlett Wilson holds a Bachelor's degree from University of California, Los Angeles and an Associates from College of San Mateo in English Language and Literature/Letters.
