Phil Deshon

Phil Deshon is an experienced professional in the petroleum engineering field, currently serving as the Well Engineering and Decommissioning Manager at Cooper Energy since July 2017. Previously, Phil held various positions at Santos Ltd from January 2001 to July 2017, including Drilling and Completions Project Lead and Operations Superintendent, focusing on subsea drilling and completions. Phil's expertise encompasses offshore and onshore completions, fracture stimulation, and reservoir engineering, supported by a Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Geological/Geophysical Engineering from Curtin University.
