Ashley Rowland

Ashley Rowland is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Cooper Steel since May 2021. Prior to this role, Ashley held HR Manager positions at HAWKINS & PRICE, LLC, and Coca-Cola Bottling Works of Tullahoma, Inc., as well as a lengthy tenure at Calsonic Kansei Corporation, where responsibilities included developing succession planning and performance management systems, facilitating leadership training, and implementing a Learning Management System. Ashley began a career in customer service at Publix Supermarkets, demonstrating early leadership and organizational skills.
