Rachel Williams

Rachel Williams is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Cooper Steel since March 2023. Previously, Rachel held various roles at Cope Plastics, Inc., starting as an intern in September 2019 and advancing to HR Assistant, then HR Specialist by October 2020, with continued service until March 2023. Prior to Cope Plastics, Rachel worked as an Event Trainee with Octagon and as a Recruiter at Aerotek. Additionally, Rachel has experience in management as the Clubhouse Manager at Rolling Hills Golf Course from May 2017 to November 2018. Rachel earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and Applied Communication from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, in 2018.
