Angela Brantley

Angela Brantley has a strong background in learning and development, with a focus on the restaurant industry. Angela is currently working as the Vice President of Learning & Development for Cooper's Hawk Winery and Restaurants since 2023. Prior to that, they held various roles at Red Lobster from 2014 to 2023, including Director of Operations Training and Manager of Operations Training. Before joining Red Lobster, Angela worked at Darden from 2002 to 2014, where they held positions such as Learning Designer and Learning Facilitator. Angela also worked at Outback Steakhouse from 1996 to 2002 as a Key International Trainer.

Angela Brantley attended the UCF College of Business and studied Marketing until 1999. Angela then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing at the University of Central Florida. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including Achieve Global Leadership Certification, Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF), Instructional Design, Learning Management System Administrator, Project Management Professional (PMP), and eLearning Instructional Design. The institutions where they obtained these certifications include Achieve Global Limited, FranklinCovey, Langevin Learning Services, Schoox, and Association for Talent Development (ATD).
