Kirstin Brenneman

Kirstin Brenneman has extensive work experience in various HR and operations roles. Kirstin is currently the Vice President of HR Operations & Total Rewards at CoorsTek, Inc., where they collaborate with the HR leadership team to optimize people processes and align total rewards programs with company goals. Prior to this, Kirstin served as the Co-Founder of RBL Management LLC. Kirstin also worked as the Head of HR Operations, Technology & Total Rewards at Alto Pharmacy, where they developed and executed HR operations strategy and led a team to support the employee lifecycle. Additionally, Kirstin held the position of Vice President of HR Technology & Innovation at Gartner, where they led key initiatives to digitize the employee experience. Kirstin has also worked at CEB (now Gartner) in various senior director roles, overseeing HR systems and operations as well as sales operations. Before that, Kirstin worked as a Senior Project Manager at AOL, leading organizational change management efforts. Kirstin began their career as a Consultant at Accenture, delivering various engagements including global software implementations. Kirstin has also worked as an independent contractor.

Kirstin Brenneman holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Information Systems from Curtin University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Human Resources: Compensation and Benefits, as well as Human Resources: Payroll from LinkedIn in 2021.
