Yomi Ajao has a long and impressive career in the health care industry. In 2004, they began their career as an Opex Deployment Leader at Baxter Healthcare. In 2005, they were promoted to Manager at BearingPoint. In 2009, they became a Manager at Deloitte Consulting and Co-founder of the Africa Performance Improvement Institute. In 2010, they moved to HCA as the Director of Performance Improvement. In 2012, they joined Evolent Health as Senior Director Program Management. In 2016, they returned to COPE Health Solutions as VP Data Analytics and Care Innovation and Vice President Consulting. In 2020, they were named President of Analytics for Risk Contracting (ARC), a subsidiary of COPE Health Solutions. In 2021, they were promoted to Principal and Chief Consulting Officer at COPE Health Solutions, where they are responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of the payor-provider contracting and management service organization (MSO) service line.
Yomi Ajao attended Government College Ibadan before continuing their education at New Jersey Institute of Technology, where they earned a BS in Chemical Engineering in 2000. Yomi then pursued a MSc in Computer Information System at Boston University, which they completed in 2003. In 2010, they attended MIT Sloan School of Management, where they studied Product Strategy and Innovation.
