Lars Terp

In 2022, Lars Terp started in the position of Senior Vice President for People & Capabilities at Copenhagen Airports A/S. His area of responsibility covers HR, Health & Safety, recruitment, and organizational as well as skills/competencies development at all levels.

Lars has more than 20 years of HR management experience from international businesses. His most recent positions were SVP, HR for Siemens’ Scandinavian business unit and SVP, HR at Orsted. Furthermore, Lars has military training as an officer and an MBA in Management from Henley Business School.
