He excels at analysing economic conditions and providing insight into policy design and firms' behaviour and strategies, as he has recently done in topics related to Competition, the Financial Sector, TMT & Digital and Energy Economics & Policy.
Rodrigo has broad experience in regulation and competition economics. Before joining Copenhagen Economics, he worked at the Portuguese Competition Authority and as a regulatory economist for a national regulator. Rodrigo has also been a member of European sector-specific economic working groups as an expert.
